This 19th Century ancient farm house was totally restored in 2002. It is divided in 7 apartments cared in all details, spacious and furnished with taste. Some of them are on the ground floor, others on the first floor. All apartments have a TV set, mosquito curtains, a private toilet and an oven. Other facilities are in common, such as the washing machine, mountain bikes and the barbecue. The garden of this Residence is surrounded by a fence. There is an enjoyable swimming-pool (8 m. wide, 15 m. long and 1,30 m. deep) equipped with deckchairs and a shower. Very near, in the village of Spello (4 kilometres), one finds food stores, a post-office, banks, a railway station and several restaurants. Spello Residence is excellent for your holidays in Umbria also because it has a very good central position that allows the exploration of the most interesting places of the area, easily reachable from here. During your stay you can not miss visiting the city of Assisi renowned as the target for many tourists and pilgrims who want to visit the world famous Basilica of St. Francis. You will also give a glance to the small village of Spello, a medieval jewel only 4 kilometres away from our Residence.
